No, our team does not sell medicine, nor does it sell supplies for medical professionals. We offer simple yet effective solutions that make people's daily lives easier, from maximum storage insulin coolers to pain-free acupressure clamps.

I ordered something off your shop, but I haven't gotten any confirmation e-mail for it. What happened to my order?

We receive all orders processed through our Shopify platform. If you haven't gotten an e-mail confirmation for your purchase yet, it may be because of these reasons:

  • Your e-mail address was not recognized due to typographical errors.
  • You did not provide an e-mail address where your order confirmation could be sent.

I had to change my phone number, e-mail address, and residential or work address while waiting for my order. Will I still receive it?

You may contact our customer service team for assistance with updating your contact details and receiving address. However, please note that we will not be able to modify these details once your order has left our fulfillment center to be shipped to you. We recommend authorizing a trusted contact person to receive your order should you not be available to claim it in person at its time of delivery.
